2S4Y, at long last!

I look at the fab sketches and beautiful cards at 2 Sketches 4 You most weeks, but for some reason never actually get round to making one!  I don’t seem to have been in a ‘card-making place’ for a bit, there are so many amazingly gorgeous cards out there these days (ok, and some pure tat as well, LOL!) that I feel like I have to at least try and do something remotely worthy of going public with – and haven’t managed it.  Silly I know, but there you go, that’s how it is!  Anyway, I sat down with my October Afternoon scraps this afternoon, and how can you not be inspired by those gorgeous designs?  I came up with this, using this week’s sketch from Laura:

Supplies: October Afternoon papers and die-cut; Papermania letter stickers, ribbon and brad; MM Tiny Alpha stickers

Max is still not right, his poor tummy is still somewhat upset.  I made the mistake of taking him out yesterday, as he seemed well in himself, but we had to deal with a nasty accident just when I was about to browse the craft section in the department store, ewww!!  Probably just as well, saved me from buying things I don’t really need………so we stayed in today, I’m going a bit stir-crazy but we had some fun painting plaster models we made yesterday.  Here’s hoping he’s back to normal soon.

xx
